Mini Baguette Olive Pack of 5

Size:

weight 70gr; diameter 8 cm

Ingredients:

• Flour
• Water
• Salt
• Fresh yeast
• Black olive
• O-tentic
• Mozzarella
• Sourdough starter (flour double zero, water)

Expired:

• 1 day outside,
• 3 days in the chiller
• Take it out of the chiller/freezer until it comeback to room temperature
• Spread a bit of water on the bread

How to store:

Wrap it with a plastic wrap it or in a paper bag. Air-tight is better

How to serve (after store):

Put it in a hot oven, for 1-5 minutes to get your bread fresh again
