These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website dailybaguette.co.id (the “Site”) and any order you place with us. By browsing the Site, creating an account, joining DB Rewards, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
In these Terms, “we”, “us”, “our” and “Daily Baguette” refer to Daily Baguette, with shops across Bali. “You” and “your” refer to the customer.

2. Eligibility
To place an order or hold an account you must be at least 18 years old (or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian) and able to enter into a binding contract. By ordering, you confirm the information you give us is accurate and complete.
3. Products, freshness & availability
- Every item is baked fresh daily. Because we bake in limited batches, products are subject to availability and may sell out.
- Product images are for illustration. Natural variation in colour, size, shape and finish is part of handmade, artisan baking and is not a defect.
- The sliced (“toast”) option is available only on the following products: White Toast, Multigrain Toast, Brioche Toast and Sourdough Toast. Other products are sold whole.
- If an ordered item is unavailable, we will contact you to offer a substitute of equal value or a refund for that item.
4. Allergens & food safety
Our products are made in a kitchen that handles wheat/gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, seeds and other allergens, and we cannot guarantee any product is free from traces of these. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please check with us before ordering. Our baked goods are best enjoyed fresh on the day of delivery.
5. Orders & order acceptance
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm and accept your order (by email, WhatsApp, or on-screen confirmation).
- We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, if there’s a pricing or description error, if delivery falls outside our service area, or if we suspect fraud or misuse.
- Please double-check your order details, delivery address, contact number and chosen delivery date before checking out.
6. Prices & payment
- All prices are shown in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
- Prices, promotions and delivery fees may change at any time, but changes won’t affect an order we’ve already confirmed.
- We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, processed securely through our payment partner. See our Shipping & Payment Info page for details. Orders are prepared once payment is confirmed.
7. Delivery & pickup
- We deliver 7 days a week, between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM. If a specific time is requested, our drivers will do their best, but please allow for roughly an hour either side due to traffic and route conditions.
- Orders received before 8:00 PM are delivered the following day, or on the date you select in the checkout calendar.
- Delivery areas, rates and minimum-order amounts are set out in our Shipping & Payment Info page and form part of these Terms.
- You may also choose to pick up your order at any of our shops. Please make sure someone is available to receive a delivery at the address and time selected. If we can’t reach you or complete delivery through no fault of ours, the order may be treated as delivered and may not be eligible for a refund.
8. Order quantities & large orders
To protect the freshness, quality and consistency of everything we bake, the following maximum quantities apply per customer, per order, for next-day delivery. This applies to all customers — both regular and B2B / wholesale:
- Bakery: 50 pcs (Toast: 20 pcs)
- Croissant: 100 pcs
- Pastry: 50 pcs
Any order that exceeds these quantities in any category requires D-2 (two days’) notice or it will be delivered two days after the order is received. This ensures we can guarantee both the quality and the quantity of the products we send.
The cut-off time for large orders (anything above the quantities above) is 2:00 PM.
9. Cancellations, changes & refunds
If you need to change or cancel your order, or if there’s anything wrong with what you received, please contact our Customer Service on WhatsApp or by email as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to make it right.
10. DB Rewards — Loyalty Programme Terms
DB Rewards is our customer loyalty programme. By joining or earning points, you agree to these programme terms, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.
- Membership. Membership is free and is linked to the email address and/or mobile number you register with. You are responsible for keeping your details accurate and your account secure.
- Earning points. You earn points on qualifying purchases at the rate of IDR 10,000 spent = 1 point, unless a promotion states otherwise. Points are credited after an order is completed and paid.
- Redeeming points. Points may be redeemed for rewards, discounts or products as shown in the programme.
- No cash value. Points and rewards have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable between members or accounts.
- Fair use. Points earned by mistake, fraud, abuse, returned/refunded orders, or in breach of these Terms may be adjusted or cancelled. We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the programme.
- Changes to the programme. We may change, pause or end DB Rewards at any time, and we may amend the earning and redemption rates, point expiry, coupons, rewards and programme rules, at our discretion. Where reasonable, we’ll give notice.
- Marketing. As a member, we may contact you about your points, rewards, and offers — see clause 11.
11. Marketing communications & your contact details
When you place an order, create an account, or join DB Rewards, you provide us with contact details such as your name, email address and mobile/phone number. By providing these details, you agree that we may add them to our customer database and contact you with order updates, service messages, and marketing communications — including news, offers, promotions and product updates — by email, WhatsApp, SMS and similar channels.
Your data is kept protected and secure, and we don’t use it for any purpose other than those described here.
You are always in control. You can withdraw your consent and opt out of marketing at any time by contacting us through WhatsApp or email. Opting out of marketing won’t stop essential service messages about orders you’ve placed.
12. Promotions, vouchers & gift cards
Promo codes, vouchers and gift cards are subject to their own terms, can’t be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn or expire. We may cancel orders or reverse discounts obtained through error or misuse.
13. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including the Daily Baguette name, logo, images, text and design — belong to Daily Baguette or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.
14. Reviews & user content
If you post reviews, photos or comments, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use them to promote Daily Baguette. Please keep content lawful, truthful and respectful; we may remove content that isn’t.
15. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Daily Baguette is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indonesian law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for your non-waivable consumer rights.
16. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control — including extreme weather, floods, natural disasters, ceremonies and road closures, power or internet outages, strikes, or government action.
17. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We hope to resolve any issue amicably first — please contact us and we’ll work with you to find a fair solution.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page, with the “Last updated” date shown above. Continued use of the Site or ordering after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
