-Strong leadership skills to lead a team of 7 members and maintain quality and consistency in production.
-Excellent time management and organizational skills.
-Creative in developing new recipes and croissant innovations.
-Professional attitude and good communication skills.
-Able to speak English at least for daily conversations.
