Delivery schedule
- We deliver 7 days a week, between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
- If you need a specific time, just let us know — our drivers will do their best, but please allow about an hour either side for Bali traffic.
- Order before 8:00 PM and we’ll deliver the next day, or on any date you choose in the checkout calendar.

Your delivery fee depends on your area. We deliver across three zones:

- Your exact delivery fee is calculated from your postcode at checkout and always shown before you pay.
- Delivering somewhere not listed, or need a large wholesale or catering order? Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll arrange it.
Shop pickup
Prefer to collect your order yourself? You’re welcome to pick up at any of our shops — Ubud, Sanur, Hayam Wuruk, Icon Mall or DB Factory. Just choose pickup at checkout and we’ll have your order ready.
Receiving your order
Please make sure someone can receive the order at the address and time you selected, and that your phone number is reachable. If we can’t reach you or complete the delivery for reasons outside our control, the order may not be eligible for a refund. If anything’s wrong with your order, contact us straight away.
Payment
- All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
- We accept secure online payment through our trusted payment partner. Available methods are shown at checkout and may include bank transfer / virtual account, credit and debit cards, and QRIS.
- Payment is processed securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card or banking details.
- Your order is confirmed and goes into our baking queue once payment is received. If a payment fails or is declined, the order won’t be processed — please try again or contact us.
