• Flour
• Water
• Salt
• Yeast
• Olive oil

Expired:

• 1 day outside,
• 5 days in the chiller
• 1 month in freezer
• Take it out of the chiller/freezer until it comeback to room temperature
• Spread a bit of water on the bread
• Put it in a hot oven, for 1-5 minutes to get your bread fresh again

How to store:

Wrap it with a plastic wrap it or in a paper bag. Air-tight is better
